Shared office space provides a person or company with an office and desk that may be used by others.  Similar to the concept of coworking, it allows flexibility for new or small business owners to work at a physical commercial address in a work environment.  

Our shared offices are cheap compared to the professional leasing companies.  The owners run their real estate company from the building and have extra office space. 

Pricing for a shared office is only $200 per month flat.  We even include free use of our conference rooms with HTDV monitors and space for up to 16 people.  Plus the rent includes a full time receptionist to greet you and any customers, a real suite number and mailbox, a full kitchen, a computer room with free computer use, a combination scanner printer copier with free color printing and copies.

We have a great office in Reston at 11890 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, VA 20191.  You will also have a suite number, which will be your mailbox.  You can pick up mail at our office anytime.  We have outdoor parking steps from the front door.  Mailbox rental is included in the monthly payment.  If you have a FedEx, UPS or other important delivery, we will usually notify you by email or phone.   
Flat monthly fee:  $200 w/ no deposit
