Shared Office
Shared desk space is in the central office area. This is a slightly higher cost than the coworking shared area in the computer room but a lower cost compared to a private desk with lockable cabinet.
We even include free use of our conference rooms with HTDV monitors. We have a full kitchen, a computer room with free computer use, a combination scanner printer copier with free color printing and copies.
We have a great office in Reston at 11890 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, VA 20191. You will also have a suite number, which will be your mailbox. You can pick up mail at our office anytime. We have outdoor parking steps from the front door. Mailbox rental is included in the monthly payment. If you have a FedEx, UPS or other important delivery, we will usually notify you by email or phone.
Flat monthly fee: $200- $250/month with no deposit.
Hourly and daily rates: $10/hour $30/day. We are flexible on locations and times.

About the Owners
Keith and Paul own the Hartke Building with nearly 6,000 square feet of office space.
They run their own business as broker owners of National Realty, a residential firm with many agents.
They rent out office space and virtual business address for small business owners.
They also assist all the tenants in the office with amenities, furnishings, meetings, mail and more.
